Rasberry Consulting, LLC, was founded by Tamara M. Rasberry, SHRM-CP, PHR, to assist businesses and entrepreneurs with their Human Resources (HR) needs. While our primary mission is to facilitate the development and maintenance of  people-focused workplace cultures through inclusive strategies and techniques, we are certainly available to assist with your regular HR strategy and project needs.

INTERIM (Short-Term) HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT

For organizations that are currently hiring for an HR position (Manager and above) and require interim support during the hiring process. May include support in filling the position.

FRACTIONAL (Part-Time) HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT

For organizations that require human resources support but do not have the need or budget to hire a full-time practitioner.
